“Hello, sweet souls. How are you? How are you doing? How are you feeling? How is your heart and your humanness? How's your body? How is that vessel that hosts your soul?

I am excited to be back in with you today to talk about my new transmission message that you know is in response to the comments that you leave on my videos, and I'm so grateful that you leave them. Thank you so much. It really fills my heart with joy to see one of your comments come in.

The main message today is be the love you seek. And I'm going to tell you how to do that today because I heard the call to share four or five practices, really simple, easy practices. One of them is a little tough, but I heard the call to share them with you, such that you can be the love that you see here today.

But before… Hi, I'm Maggie. I am a storyteller and a ritualist, and I help you hear your soul and embody that love that is deep within you in lots of ways, including a free two part workshop that is linked in the description. It's called, You Are Your Soul(mate), and it has two videos, two practices to help you be the love and call in all the love that you are looking for in this world today.

I heard the call to come in and respond to many of the comments that you leave on my videos, which I'm so grateful to receive. Thank you so much. Those comments are... They touch me because they reflect you back to you.

The comments you've made are: How are you so loving? I wish I could embody that kind of love. How do you embody that love? My life is very complicated. I'm not able to feel that loving right now. And listen, all is allowed. All is okay, right? And also, if you see it in me, it is in you. Period.

I am here to be a reflection to you. Right? Everyone is a reflection for you, everyone—from the people you choose to the people you do not choose, right? From your partner or your best friend, to your parents, to the person you ran into at the post office, right?

Everyone shows up to reflect you back to you, and through that reflection, you get to learn more about yourself. I am a reflection of you. If you watch my videos and you stick around and you leave comments, I am a reflection of your capacity for love. We have found each other because this peace, this calm, this ease, this love that we feel resonates between us, we just get each other right, and that is not an easy thing to do in the world of YouTube and algorithms, right?

The algorithms are designed for super fast videos and like, I am here to cultivate peace. I'm here to protect my peace. I'm here to protect your peace. I am here to make a space where we can just be, period, be, and also where we can be the love, period, and also where you can be the love that you seek, period.

So what I'm going to do is share some practices on how to be the love that you seek, because that's what I heard to do. I'm sharing the simplest of practices, the everyday practices, five of them, to help you be the love to help you hold yourself and soothe yourself and choose yourself and radiate love from within, enlight the love that is within you, so it like comes out of every part of you. Right?

Of all the five I'm going to share, the last one is probably the most impactful, but I think it can be challenging for some people. So if you like a challenge, stick around to number five, because I think that one changes lives. It will change your life. It will help you allow all the parts of you to coexist and thrive and come into your fullest expression. And when I say all the parts of you, I mean your humaneness and your soul, right? I mean your masculine energy and your feminine energy. We are here to embody all of it. We are here to harmonize all of it.

If you keep hearing that you're meant to be one thing, don't listen to those people. You're not meant to be just one thing. You're meant to be all things. And my work revolves around helping you harmonize the energies within such that you can call forth what is needed in any moment. Maybe there is a moment when your femininity is required, right? Maybe there's a moment where your masculinity is required, and I'm not speaking about gendered terms here. I'm speaking about energy. That's what I'm speaking about. Maybe there's a moment where your humanness is required, right, and needs to be celebrated and honored. Maybe there's a moment where your soul needs to lead and for me, I try to allow my soul to lead more of the time, to harmonize that energy with my humanness, because it helps me be love, be the love. It helps me call in all the love that I seek outside of me.

And when I say love, I mean everything, not just relationships. I mean abundance, prosperity, work, opportunities, travel, all of it, right? And it helps me to rest and relax into peace, to be peaceful, to allow peace more than anything, right?

So I'm going to share these five practices with you. We're going to go one by one, and there's no hierarchy here, right? No one is more important than the other. The fifth one is most impactful, I think. But you get to choose which one to try, and you get to choose the cadence more than anything.

You know, there are some people who will say you must meditate every single day, or you must go to the gym every single day, right? And that is fine for some people, but for some of us who are here to come into our fullest expression, it requires us to harmonize what's needed at any moment.

So for example, the other day, I really wanted to feel into my softness and be peaceful, and so I went to yoga for an hour or two, and that just allowed me to ease into my body. But then the next day, I wanted to exert effort. I wanted to feel my strength. I wanted to lift weights. And so I went to the gym the next day and exerted that effort. It really is just about harmonizing from day to day, from moment to moment. So you get to choose.

Practice number one: I'm going to invite you to go into your kitchen, put a kettle of water on and make yourself a warm drink, and then sit with that warm drink, not cold, warm. Warmth brings you inward. So make a warm drink, whether it be tea, coffee, I'm a big fan of Cacao, and then sit with it. And if you can sit in stillness with your warm drink while you consume it, fantastic. And if you cannot, that's okay.

I invite you to express gratitude for the beverage you have in your hands and for everything you have in your life. You can express gratitude for the roof over your head. Express gratitude for the food on your table. So that is one practice. It's one practice that I do. I personally do most days, because I'm often sitting with Cacao or tea first thing in the morning and sitting in silence with the ancestors.

Practice number two: I'm going to invite you to commune with the elements, and that doesn't mean doing it in a structured way. That means attuning to the elements of water, fire, earth and air, based on how you are guided from within to do.

So if you hear the call to take a shower, to cleanse, to purify, to feel and flow, take note of the fact that you have been called to water. Express gratitude to water. Ask for guidance from water.

Same thing with, let's say Earth. If you are called to take a walk, walk a forest or a field or just around the block. Notice the trees, notice the rocks, notice the dirt, notice the new flowers that are blooming. Take note that Earth is talking to you and calling to you, Earth is inviting you to rewild, to it, perhaps to your original nature. So that's the invitation to commune with the elements.

Let's say you decide you want to go sit out in the sun. It's a beautiful, warm day, blue skies. Sun is beaming down, and you just want to turn your face toward the sun like a flower does. Express gratitude to the sun. Thank it for its warmth. Thank it for its codes and information that it gives you. Thank you for the vitamin D that penetrates your skin. Thank the fire. The sun is fire. Thank it. The fire is calling you home, is calling you in, in some way, to sit with yourself, right?

And air is a beautiful element. It's one of my favorite elements. I think it's hard to pin down. I think of air as change and shift and inspiration, and I think that's particularly why I like thunderstorms. Yes, there is water and yes, there is fire through lightning bolts, but also there's often wind. And I love to hear the wind rattling against the walls and the windows. I love to stand out there and allow the wind to whisper to me and offer me some guidance, whatever it is. So that's number two, commune with the elements.

Practice number three: I do this most days. Sit on your own and ask yourself, sweet soul, What do I need to know today, and then listen, listen to what is said. Now the invitation is to do this in silence, not with the TV on, not with music in your ears. I particularly like to do this first thing in the morning, when it's just me and the birds, I can hear the birds, the birds sort of are witness and call me into that silence. I love the sound of the birds, so ask yourself during those times, What do I need to know today? What do I need to do today? What?

Practice number four: If through one of those practices, you hear a next step, anything that feels intuitive or guided or like instinct before taking action, bring it inside you and sit with it. Take some time with it, whatever that means to you. My soul likes to call it, marinate in it like a salad.

So before I make a big decision, before I take action, like, say, start a new business or start a new project, I will marinate in it like a salad and allow it to kind of wash over me, and see what it wants from me and see if it is for me.

I did this just yesterday. I was writing something. I was writing a big story, and I was going down a path, and I heard a flash of ‘This isn't right. We need you to do this instead.’ And instead of shifting my path quickly, I decided to go into yoga and sit with it and marinate with it. And I did that yesterday, and I did that today, and I think only now am I getting full clarity on a particular action that I will be ready to take tomorrow. So if you hear a next step, there's no need to rush. There is no urgency. Let me be clear, if someone is rushing you. If someone is seeking you to urgently do something, always ask yourself, what is in it for them? Because there's nothing in it for you. Typically, right? Everything that's meant for you will wait for you. Everything. So unless it's a life or death situation, there is no need for you to rush, take your time, marinate in something before you execute on it.

And then the fifth practice, I think, is more complicated, but it is the one that has helped me come into my fullest expression, day by day by day, to help me see more parts of me, to help me be more of the love that I seek in the world, and that is bring curiosity to every reaction that you have, like every reaction, most especially the complicated ones.

If you are dating someone and you find yourself getting angry because they didn't plan a date, the invitation is to bring curiosity to your reaction, not to them. We're not in the business of changing people or controlling people anymore. That is an old paradigm. We allow people to be who they are. We don't try to fix them. We go within and we bring curiosity to our reaction. Why do we need to hear back so quickly, so urgently, right?

That process of going inward has led to my biggest expansion, has led to me being more of the love that I wish to see in the world, and has made it so everything that I desire arrives, the more I'm willing to see more parts of me, see my deep, dark, shadowy bits, the more I'm able to integrate the lessons from that and be more of the love that I seek in the world.

So those are the five practices I wanted to come in quickly. The overarching message is, be the love that you seek. Here are five ways to do that, five really simple ways.

And I encourage you to save this video and like call forth these practices as it feels aligning, or write them in a notebook and each day, if you're feeling like low on love, well, try one of these things. It's where sitting in silence with your humanness, with your Soul, will help you feel so much love for yourself, such that it will radiate outside of you. I promise it just happens naturally. That has been the course of my last many years, in coming into my own wisdom, coming into the love that is already within me that you see here. And also come back, because there's a lot more of these videos and subscribe, because I focus on talking about how to be the love certainly. I receive transmissions from my soul, from the ancestors, and I share those, but the underlying current of everything I do is helping you be the love, be the love that you are looking for outside of you, because it is all right here.

If you can see it, you can be it. The capacity for love is already within you, and that feels like plenty for the moment.

I thank you so much for watching, and I'll be back again very, very soon.”
