Heal Your Life in the Astral

Over the weekend, I hosted private sessions to share soul wisdom in collaboration with the ancestors. It was so enlivening to see how my wisdom helped to validate your own.
It validated your own wisdom because you know that what is unfolding for you—with its challenges and its gifts—is meant for a divine stretch of your expansion.
To expand, we need to learn lessons and re-write stories.
Sometimes, the lessons arrive in real life, through direct experience in the 3D. Your life on earth is considered the 3D.
Sometimes, the lessons arrive in the astral realm, through direct experience in the 5D. Your life in the non-physical or spiritual realm is considered the 5D.
I'd like to share an astral lesson that manifested as an earthly gift.
Last year, my mentor Solea Anani guided me through a meditation to explore my birth story. You know, how I came into this world.
In the 3D, I knew that I was conceived before marriage (which was seriously frowned upon half a century ago). I also knew that while my parents wanted me, much of their extended family was uncertain about my arrival.
And when my birth finally occurred, my mother was alone in a hospital room, moving through labor with strangers, and not my father.
During the meditation, Solea invited me to reimagine my birth story.
And in the astral, in that precious space between the real and the dream, I designed an entirely new story.
In the new story, I was wanted, by everyone. I imagined both of my parents in real presence with the experience. I was birthed in a sunlit room with many windows where a mossy forest met a serene sea. There was no shouting, just whispers of welcome. And once I emerged, I was presented to all the elders around a roaring fire. In those moments, my gifts were placed into my body, ready to express in divine timing.
During the astral reenactment, I saw the joyous expression on my mother's face. In rewriting my story, I also rewrote hers. It was a beautiful gift to both of us.
Two days after the meditation, I received a gift only she could orchestrate. In the 3D, my mother was a connection point between me and another living person, a person I love very much. This relationship had experienced strain.
As if offering me a gift, that person called me after many months of silence. The call was a peace offering for the kind of peace I had created within me and within my mother in the astral realm.
This is the kind of healing that unfolds when you engage in the deep soul work to recognize your matrilineal and patrilineal lines.
And, this healing emerged through experience and integration within Solea Anani's Ancestral Reverence Mentorship Program

In this small group journey, I learned how to bring deeper awareness to all the ways I work with my ancestors.
