How to Raise Your Frequency

A few years ago, I came across a tool to elevate consciousness, amplify manifestations, and increase physical wellbeing through frequency.
Since I had been using all sorts of sound frequencies to heal, I was drawn to this tool. I felt a call in my body to use it.
But I chose to not answer the call.
At the time, I was leaving a 20-year relationship. I was moving to the sea. I was exercising daily for the first time ever. I was meditating daily to talk to my soul.
I was essentially deep in transformation at every level. And, I was doing so many things to change.
But transformation isn't about the doing.
Transformation is about elevating your frequency.
Humans that vibrate at a higher frequency are full of energy and can attune to or become a match to the higher frequencies of love, peace, or abundance.
And as I changed, I raised my frequency.
I moved through these states:
From shame and guilt >
To grief and fear >
To anger and sadness >
To acceptance and curiosity >
To love and compassion >
To joy and peace >
Moving through all of these emotions helped me ascend toward wisdom and understanding for my divine plan.
In frequency terms, my base level of energy and attunement is now much higher.
Essentially, I live with deep trust in myself and my soul's calling.
I also trust that you're being guided toward your soul's calling.
Now, it took nearly 10 years to raise my frequency to a level of unconditional love and infinite expression of all possibilities.
And because I did it the longer way, I developed the skills to be a soul mentor. In fact, I now mentor some of you as you listen to your soul and infuse soul into your work or business.
But it doesn't have to take 10 years.
You do not have to take the longer path.
