So, this message keeps coming through for me. I think it's for all so I'm going to share it with you.

“You are not alone.

Of course, there are people who love you.

There are people who see you.

There are people who want to know you.

There are people who exist in this stretch of time, who you've met, who you have not met, who are waiting to offer presence to the wholeness that is you.

And so, we want you to not worry about that, to enjoy the solitude, to enjoy the independence, to enjoy the stillness.

Because in the stillness, you are building up your resilience and your capacity for more love you.”
